The Island has an abundance of sand, shingle and pebble beaches with clear and clean water, ideal for swimming and water sports. If you go up to Mount Pantocratoras in the evening, you can see the sunset on one side and the moonrise on the other. As you come down from Villa Kalithea (900m)to the main road, on the left side there are supermarkets and some reataurants. Nissaki beach is situated 900m below the villa. There, you can also find 2/3 restaurants right on the beach.

Ipsos long beach is 10 minutes drive towards Corfu town; there you can find bars, discos, restaurants, pharmacies, further supermarkets.
